Keeping Up With The Youth Group!

What is Youth Group?

Youth Group is a Wednesday night Bible Study/Hangout with our middle and high school youth at the church.

Is It Just Kimball Ave. Youth?

No! In 2022 the Pastors of Kimball Ave and two other church in the area, Waterloo first UMC and First Baptist, Got together and had worked out a plan to form a Collaborative Youth Program. Currently we have just 2 churches involved with the program, the Collaborative Youth Program is open for all and everyone!

Who Runs The Youth Group?

Both Churches that are currently taking part in Waterloo Collab Ministry Youth Group have youth directors who work together to keep the ship running.

What Are The Youth Up To??

We have entered our holiday season and sadly Youth Group will have a short December Month. BUT, this does not mean we won’t be making the best of it.

A new month means a location switch. We will spend our time in December over at Waterloo First UMC where we will spend our two weeks together talking about the Christmas story and the birth of Jesus.

Of course what would youth group be without some games and hang out time!

We will have off the weeks of December 17th, 24th, and 31st. Don’t Worry Though! We will return first thing in January to continue our fun.
